Our commitment: to make sure every wealth-related decision serves a clear purpose, fits within a coherent strategy, and contributes concretely to achieving your goals.
What We Do
We help our clients prepare for retirement and organize their pension provision, starting from their situation and goals, not from a product. Our main areas:
Retirement Planning
Projections of your AHV, BVG and 3rd pillar income, early retirement, choosing between an annuity and a lump sum.
Pension Analysis
Coverage gaps, BVG buy-ins, protection in case of death or disability.
3rd pillar
Choosing between bank and insurance solutions, pillar 3a and 3b.
Cross-Border Commuters
Swiss retirement and coordination with France, withdrawing your 2nd pillar.
Self-Employed Professionals
Pension planning without a pension fund, voluntary BVG membership.
Our Approach
Every engagement follows these steps:
- A free initial consultationto understand your situation and goals.
- Our proposal: an engagement letter setting out the scope of the analysis, timelines, and fees.
- Document collection: BVG certificates, AHV account statement, 3a contracts, tax return.
- Analysis: projection of your retirement income, coverage gaps, tax scenarios.
- A personalized report of 100 to 150 pages, including a full wealth audit, detailed financial scenarios, and comprehensive, actionable recommendations.
- Implementation and ongoing follow-up of the recommendations and solutions.
Independence and Compensation
Invexa is not owned by any bank or insurance company, and has no ties to any provider. We work with more than 35 partners in Switzerland, France, and abroad. For every need, whether it's a 3rd pillar, insurance, vested benefits, or investments, we select solutions based on their cost, terms, financial strength, flexibility, and fit with your situation.
From Advice to Implementation
A plan is only valuable if it's put into action. That's why Invexa supports clients every step of the way: analyzing their situation, building the strategy, then putting the solutions in place and monitoring them over time. Our clients don't have to figure out on their own which provider to choose, how to open an account, or how to sign a contract: we do it together with them.
If you'd rather not use our implementation support, you're free to put our recommendations into practice yourself or with the provider of your choice.
How We Are Paid
- Planning and analysis: on a fee basis, set out in the proposal we give you before any work begins. An engagement can end without any product being sold.
- Product implementation: only when a genuine need has been identified. In that case, the provider may pay us a commission, which we disclose to you before you sign anything.
- Investments: management and entry fees are disclosed to you before you subscribe.
Our Commitments
- Transparency: we explain every recommendation, including its benefits, its limitations, and the alternatives.
- No imposed solutions: we only propose a product if it serves the strategy we've defined with you.
- Rigor: our analyses are based on current regulations (Swiss Federal Tax Administration, Federal Social Insurance Office, cantonal and international legislation, double taxation agreements, etc.).
